Sweden's German Possessions

At the peace of Westphalia Sweden receives Vorpommern, Wismar, Bremen-Verden and Wildeshausen. In the settlement of Stettin a strip of Pomerania is declared as Swedish.
The first war over the town of Bremen results in a minor expansion of the Swedish duchy of Bremen. The end of the Scanian war results in minor losses in Germany to Brandenburg, Münster and Lüneburg.
As a result of the great northern war 1700-1721 Bremen-Verden is ceded to Hanoveria. Vorpommern south of the river Peene is ceded to Prussia.
Gustav IV Adolf pawns the German town of Wismar to Mecklenburg. Denmark is forced to exchange Norway for Vorpommern.
